A: Yes, you may revise abstracts until the Late-Breaking abstract submission deadline (May 29, 2020). But, accepted abstracts can be made minor modifications only and please make sure to notify the secretariat via email for confirmation.

Due to the conference postponement, the Late-Breaking Abstract Submission is open. The notifications of abstract acceptance will be sent in June.
A: Received abstracts will not be published or printed in any online journals. However,other meetings may have rules regarding prior publication, so please contact meeting organizers for their specific policies.
A: Yes. After the dates of the rescheduled Conference have been announced, you can send a written request to aocprm@aocprm2020.com to request reinstatement. Please include the abstract submission number (ABST-000000) in your request. If your original presentation slot has been reassigned, your abstract may be assigned to a different type.
Award & Travel Grant Status. When the dates and location of the rescheduled Conference have been announced, all candidates of Young Scientist and Best Poster Awards and travel grant awardees have been contacted by email and asked to confirm their ability to participate in the rescheduled meeting.
