Cancellations and Refunds.
All current meeting registrants are eligible to receive a full refund.

Q: I am currently registered for the Conference and plan to attend the rescheduled meeting. What do I need to do?
A: No action is required. Once the dates of the rescheduled Conferencehave been finalized, your registration will be transferred to the rescheduled meeting. You can check your registration status at the website ‘My Page-Registration’.
Q: I am currently registered for the Conference and do NOT plan to attend the rescheduled meeting. What do I need to do?
A: You may request a full refund by sending an e-mail to aocprm@aocprm2020.com You will get a refund 50% of the fees according to the AOCPRM 2020 refund policy and will take up to 2 weeks.
Q: I had cancelled my registration for the April 23-26Conference, but I am now able to attend the rescheduled meeting.What should I do?
A: You can register as previously at the website (Registration-How to Register).
Q: I had cancelled my registration for the April 23-26 Conferenceand am unable to determine whether I can attend the rescheduled meeting at this time. Can I register at a later date?
A: Yes. After the dates of the rescheduled Conference have been announced, you can register until June 12, 2020.
Q: I am unable to attend the rescheduled meeting. Can I pass on my registration to a colleague?
A: Yes, it is allowed to transfer your registration to a colleague without any additional costs.
Q: What is the AOCPRM 2020 refund policy?
A: All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.
Refund dates are as below.

Individual Hotel Reservation Cancellations.
Any reservation booked through the AOCPRM’s official web page (on the Conference website), will be cancelled automatically without penalty. Registrants who booked hotel through other sources or directly with hotels must cancel their own reservations.

Q: I have a hotel reservation for the original April 23-26 Conference and plan to attend the rescheduled meeting. Will the dates of my reservation be changed automatically?
A: No. When the dates and location of the rescheduled Conference have been announced, you will need to make a new hotel reservation through the AOCPRM’s official web page, which will be available through the Conference website (Registration-Accommodations).
Q: I do not have a hotel reservation but would like to attend the rescheduled Conference. Can I reserve a hotel room?
A: Yes. When the dates and location of the rescheduled Conference have been announced, you can make a hotel reservation through the AOCPRM’s official web page, which will be available through the Conference website (Registration-Accommodations).
Q: I have a reservation for air travel to Jeju Island for the original April 23-26 Conference. Can I change my reservation and travel to the rescheduled Conference?
A: You should contact your carrier directly and follow their guidelines regarding the changing or cancellation of flights. Many airlines decided to be very flexible regarding flight changes due to the current situation. You could also check with your insurance company if you claim the costs for re-booking with them.
Q: I am an invited speaker and I have a reservation for air travel to Jeju Island for the original April 23-26 Conference. Can I change my reservation and travel to the rescheduled Conference?
A: You should contact your carrier directly and follow their guidelines regarding the changing or cancellation of flights. Many airlines are waiving change fees for flights scheduled between March 1, 2020 and April 30, 2020. In regard to your accommodations as well as flight schedules, the secretariat will send you the revised R.S.V.P form before the conference. Then, please let us know your itineraries on it.

Presentation Status.
When the dates and location of the rescheduled Conference have been announced, invited speakers have been contacted by email and asked to confirm their availability to participate in the rescheduled meeting. Proffered abstract presentersalso have been contacted by email with more information about presentation and withdrawal options. If you are one of the presenters who have not receivedanything, please let know your status to the secretariat (aocprm@aocprm2020.com).

Q: I’m able to attend in July. Do I need to renew my submission and travel grant application?
A: All abstracts will be automatically transferred to the new dates, no action is required.
Q: Can I make edits to my abstract before it is published?
A: Yes, you may revise abstracts until the Late-Breaking abstract submission deadline (May 29, 2020). But, accepted abstracts can be made minor modifications only and please make sure to notify the secretariat via email for confirmation.
Q: When will I receive an abstract acceptance notification for my submitted abstract?
A: The notifications for abstracts that were submitted before March are already informed. Due to the conference postponement, the Late-Breaking Abstract Submission is open. The notifications of abstract acceptance will be sent in June.
Q: I’m not able to attend in July. Can I withdraw my abstract?
A: You may withdraw your abstract. Before you deletethe abstract online, please make sure to notify the secretariat via email for confirmation.
Q: May I resubmit my abstract to another conference?
A: Received abstracts will not be published or printed in any online journals. However,other meetings may have rules regarding prior publication, so please contact meeting organizers for their specific policies.
Q: I was scheduled to present my abstract inOral Presentation (Young Scientist Award/Free Paper Session) or Poster Exhibition at the original April 23-26 Conference, but I withdrew my abstract before the meeting was postponed. If I am able to attend the rescheduled Conference, can I reinstate and present my abstract?
A: Yes. After the dates of the rescheduled Conference have been announced, you can send a written request to aocprm@aocprm2020.com to request reinstatement. Please include the abstract submission number (ABST-000000) in your request. If your original presentation slot has been reassigned, your abstract may be assigned to a different type.

Award & Travel Grant Status.
When the dates and location of the rescheduled Conference have been announced, all candidates of Young Scientist and Best Poster Awards and travel grant awardees have been contacted by email and asked to confirm their ability to participate in the rescheduled meeting.
